This includes sold and unsold originals, art prints, commissions and the ‘Can You See What I See?’ book. Caroline Hyland retains full copyright of any work purchased and they cannot be reproduced in any manner, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopy, recording or otherwise without the express prior written consent of Caroline Hyland, the copyright owner. Caroline retains the right to reproduce any piece of artwork she creates.
Art prints and the ‘Can You See What I See?’ book can be purchased through the shop on the website using Stripe for card payments or alternatively through PayPal.
Originals and commissioned pieces are individually priced and are dependent on detail, size and art medium used. Contact Caroline at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss what you have in mind for your commission.
Payment for originals and commissioned pieces can be paid via Paypal, bank transfer or Stripe. A deposit of 50% is paid once we have discussed the commission and you have confirmed your wish to go ahead with the piece. The additional 50% is paid when the final piece is approved prior to shipping or delivery.
Please allow for extra time to receive you order due to the global pandemic delaying postal services.
All art prints are printed to order. Please allow for 1 – 2 weeks before prints are shipped.
All products are shipped from Dublin, Ireland. Art prints are placed in a hardback envelope or postal tube for safe transport and posted using An Post. ‘The Can You See What I See?’ book is packed in a padded envelope and posted using An Post.
Estimated shipping times:
- Within in Ireland: An Post standard can take anything from 2- 5 working days
- UK: 3- 7 working days through An Post standard
- EU: 7 – 20 working days through An Post standard
- Rest of the World: 2 – 8 weeks through An Post standard
Customers are responsible for any custom fees or import tax incured.
Delivery/ Shipping of Commissioned illustrations and originals:
Ideally commissioned illustrations are delivered or collected in person. If this is not possible then a courier service or An Post registered postal service will be used. This will incur additional shipping charges which are dependent on the destination, size, weight of the piece and packaging used.
The delivery options can be discussed with Caroline.
On the off chance your purchase does not arrive in good condition please contact Caroline at: email@example.com with a photo of the damaged item.
If you are not happy with your art print or book please contact Caroline within 14 days from the receiving date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please return in the original packaging to Caroline Hyland, 115 Stonepark Abbey, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, Ireland.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Please note the return policy does not apply to commissioned bespoke illustrations and originals as you are involved at each stage of this process. Sketches and line drawings are sent out to be approved before the customised painting or drawing is worked up. Caroline also provides short videos of each stage of the process and the final piece is approved prior to shipping.
